This session length is great for someone who is new to Infrared Saunas or to add on to any of our other services. 

This is the ideal session length for high sauna temperatures, or frequent sessions during a one week time frame. Recommended for those with chronic pain Or athletes recovering from training.  

Choose this at a lower temperature to help with sleep  chronic pain less frequent sessions. Not recommended for first time infrared sauna clients. 

Only choose this if you have used an Infrared Sauna before and know that your body can handle a longer session.  

Sit back and relax while your body detoxes from the inside out for 30 minutes. 

For full benefits it’s recommend that you have a foot detox every 24-48 hours for six sessions.
