What's included in Self Care Hero bodywork:  All sessions are the full 60 or 90 minute as long as you arrive on time. If you need to decompress from the week, please arrive 10 minutes early. Sessions may include Cupping, Aromatherapy, Hot stone, Hot bamboo, Gua sha, acupressure, and various massage techniques. 

Full 120 minute session with emphasis on recovering from an active lifestyle either professionally or recreationally. Move better, train harder, lift heavier, recover faster.  If you are over 6 ft tall and an athlete then this might session you need. Otherwise book a Self-Care Hero massage. 

Reset your mind in a profound way. Clear out the mental blocks and disempowering thought patterns.  The practitioner lightly touches 32 points on your head releasing the energy and creating new freedom to create what could be possible.

Various Energy work techniques such as Reiki are used to help balance and resolve physical and emotional pain.
