CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:
If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment, you agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You agree to pay 50% of the full session if you give less than 24 hours’ notice. You agree to pay the full session rate if you cancel on the same day, or if you miss an appointment without giving notice. If within 24 hours of your session, you develop a contagious illness or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make the appointment, you will inform Vitality Vibe Wellness right away, and if we are unable to fill the vacancy, you will pay the cancellation fee, or session fee (if less than 2 hours notice), unless an exception is granted, only at the discretion of Vitality Vibe Wellness. Prenatal Clients: Please bring a doctor's note with you clearing you for massage therapy to each appointment. If you go into labor within 24 hours of an appointment you agree to notify Vitality Vibe Wellness and we will waive the cancellation fee.

ARRIVING ON TIME/SESSION LENGTH:
You must arrive 5-10 minutes early for the appointment in order to get the full session time you have scheduled. If you arrive on time, or late, you understand the therapist can only give you whatever time remains of the appointment, and that you will pay for the full length of the session that you booked. You understand that in order for you to receive the best massage therapy possible, you have to communicate ANYTHING and everything, including your needs, preferences, requests, or feedback, at any time before, during, or after the massage. Communicate right away if there is anything distracting you or if you feel unwell or uncomfortable at any time during the session so that the adjustments can be made. You understand that your therapist wants your HONEST feedback - positive or negative - and doesn’t take offense to it. You have read, understand, and agree to the above policies and information.

PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE ETIQUETTE:
You understand that professional therapeutic massage falls under the Virginia Board of Nursing and is a licensed healthcare service. As such all therapists strictly follow the law and do not provide any services that would jeopardize our licensing.
